Xanofi has the world’s only commercial nanofiber production platform for short or staple, polymeric fibers. Unlike other production methods that produce continuous fibers, our nanofibers can be sprayed or easily dispersed in liquids for wetlaid manufacturing.

True 3D Substrates

A short nanofiber can be wetlaid and therefore integrated throughout a nonwoven substrate. If these fibers are ‘catalytic’ in any way (eg. conductive, antibacterial, etc.), these substrates will outperform microfiber materials.
